COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS Masks are mandatory and must be worn inside all recreation facilities, except when exercising. Children under 12 years of age or anyone with a health condition that precludes them from wearing a mask remain exceptions.
The City of White Rock is committed to meeting the strict health and safety guidelines as set out by the Provincial Health Officer, WorkSafeBC and Fraser Health. All programs and activities must be pre-registered and will follow strict guidelines to ensure the health and safety of both participants and staff. Facilities and programs will operate with reduced capacity and there will be increased frequency and cleaning of all high touch surfaces.

A personal trainer is a fitness professional involved in exercise prescription and instruction. They motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. Trainers also measure their client’s strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments.
