PROGRAMME INFORMATION Students will study circus dance and performance techniques as well as anatomy, nutrition and the history of circus. Students are taught by award-winning circus director Deborah Pope and have the opportunity to interact and collaborate with students who are studying commercial dance, acting, musical theatre and MÄ ori and Pacfic dance. FURTHER STUDY OPTIONS Graduates can apply to enrol in the third year of the Bachelor of Applied Arts (Performing Arts) at Whitireia
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES Graduates will have the skills to go on to become professional circus performers, performing artists in theatre, cabaret, or cruise ships.
