Welcome to the September edition of UKUVUSA!
What started as an idea to keep my mind busy and to help quell the voices while I'm trying to sleep, is turning in to something much much more. There's a sense of freedom and enthusiasm in sharing other peoples amazing stories, along with some of my own. Too often we find ourselves wrapped in our own chains of limitation, too scared or hesitant to listen and to pursue the calling of our inner voice.
For me, creation is liberation, and without the constant mental pivots that have been happening almost on a daily basis, I have no doubt I would either be sucking back on way too much of grandpas ol cough medicine, or worse, be playing an infinite game of chess against my self conscious in a very padded white room wearing one of those hug me all day jackets.
Life is what you make it, get out there and slay it!
