WILLIAM PATTERSON
Hi! am William, a creative and passionate Product Designer studying at Nottingham Trent University. I believe in producing modern designs applicable to the markets of today whilst offering callbacks through the design areas traditional values. This offers the perfect blend of application and character.
For me, Designing products isn’t only about the function, it’s about how the user will perceive the product and remember it. Design is more than just a task, it’s an opportunity to help clients create memories and really aid their day to day lives. This outlook drives me in the briefs I design for; as such, would consider myself an empathetic designer who looks to fully understand a clients situation.
Product Design is also an opportunity for me. Ever since was involved in it from Secondary School, it has provided me with an outlet to express my creative side. Expressing that creativity over the years has been a massive learning tool and has improved personal aspects such as confidence as well as, my ability to collaborate with other designers. believe that these personal benefits have driven me to become a better person and designer.
