PROFILE I am a designer with 3 years experience in the planning and design of a range of projects in varying program, scale and complexity, and am looking to expand on these experiences in a creative, collaborative, and challenging new role. My dual interest in architecture and urban design has led me to focus on the multi-scalarity of the design process; where planning, design, and urbanism can be treated as a dialogue. I am looking to bring my passion, experience, and ingenuity to a new challenge where I can further explore my passion for design.

MAY, 2015

A 10 day intensive design workshop in Recife, Brazil, was a collaboration between the Housing & Urbanism program (H&U) at the Architectural Association and the Federal University of Pernambuco. The workshop focused on the place of design and spatial reasoning in addressing the challenges faced by the Brazilian national housing program titled “Minha, Casa, Minha Vida.” The particular aim was to reflect on an appropriate spatial approach to the link between housing and the productivity of the city. Student teams presented concepts for a typological approach to the rethinking of the housing program to senior officials in the Brazilian housing ministry.
