The Beginning The way of communication has started a long long time ago in ancient times. It purposes to send information which include the sender, messages and the recipient. The written message was firstly started by using the pictogram then there was the time when alphabet was invented, they are using many media to convey the message even to the further places, but the message they are carrying is confidential especially during the world war period. And that was when the posting or sending messages routine started through any media and messengers to deliver the messages.

MESSENGERS Imagine if there were no one who want to be the medium to deliver the message. The message absolutely will not be delivered. Since the early times when people started to communicate in more advance way, they were using media through air, stones, drawing, clay and last through letters, it could be so called as the unliving messenger and they wew playing a big role in delivering messages. When people in the old days were trying to send messages to the people who was far apart, they would need a service who could transfer their messages to the people. So they started to send those messages through air and they use pigeon to send their message by attaching it at the feet and let the pigeon fly to deliver the
(message sending goers) message. This term was useful during the World War and the human even trained the pigeon to be more productive and to make sure that the message they carried was delivered. As the time passed by, when pigeon were not used as carrier anymore and there are human who became the messenger and carry the message by walk. But most of the messages were confidential and they are not very reliable. So at the very first time in the 15th Century British started the postal service that cost a penny which people pay to get their message delivered safely and it remains until today that we know. And today, the messenger who we know as post-man are doing their job to deliver all the mails and they are using vehicles such as bicycle, scooters and car.

12 You Send it
You Send It Sending letter needs process that required time and effort because it prior the message inside the envelope to be kept safety and confidential, so it is necessary for all the letter to be approved from the post office bureau.
From the postboxes, the postman will collect all the letters, and there should have stated the time of the last posting for the day. Afterwards, all the letters will be brought to post office to be filtered and approve to be sent.
First before sending the letter there are some preparation such as the envelope and stamps. Both things are the media which define the letter could be sent or cancelled. There are varieties of envelope and stamps base on usage, the price depends as well. After put in the letter in the envelope and attached the stamp, make sure it was sealed well and ready to be dropped into the post box.
The process would need some stages, from selecting the letter or to cancel it, usually from the shape of the letter, if there’s anything odd. Then the selected letters will be check through the magnifying system, It is to check whether the codes and number are valid. Then, after the whole process the letters were ready to be deliver by the postman to letterbox in town.

The Last but not The Least Communication through traditional mail has connected the people in the old days and in this century, there are so many connecting devices that has made this routine been forgotten. People are using postal service mostly for commercial and promotional or documents usage, even commercial stuffs would even been send through electronic mail. And since technology became more sophisticated, documents and confidential stuffs also getting safetier through it. But would this routine dies in the future or getting extinct? Postmen job might become a part-time job overall and there are no body who will be waiting for a love letter any longer.
