2016 6K STORE SIGNAGE SURVEY This attachment contains a 1 page survey with a picture guide.

Every Operational Supervisor is required to complete this survey on time and accurately. Please complete this survey while on your promo walks after September's Promo Day. Completed surveys must be returned to kbanghart@racetrac.com by Friday, Sept. 16th.

If your answers are received after Friday, Sept 16th the sky will fall and it will be the end of the world as we know it, so please get them back on time.
