WAYNE RESIDENCE l CONCEPT
The main design concept of the interior is base on the library of Wayne manor, where Bruce grows up with. Changing the wood panel wall into all black but high polish paint to match the building’s personality.. Bruce has three antique Regency furniture, they will also be decorated in this living room. The living room divided into 2 parts, both are living space. One is more formal where Bruce can having the meeting with the DC superheroes, another is more leisure space where Bruce can hangout with Selena and his family. Three words describe the space:
Traditional l Luxury l Urban Safari The interior of the Wayne Residence follows Juan Pablo Molyneux’s aesthetic and concept of design. The Color scheme of the space is inspired by one of Molyneux’s work in Manhattan. The New York City view Trompe L’oeil connects the exterior of the building also compromises the city view of New York. Combine the space with Regency antique furniture, vases from Greek and China, and modern furniture and light fixtures to show the PLAYFULNESS and DIVERSITY of Molyneux aesthetic.

COVEN l CONCEPT
An elderly couple moves from their southern-style mansion in New Orleans to New York City. Fiona Goode, 68, an Emmy Award-Winning actress, star, model, and Supreme from New Orleans’s most famous Coven, the descendants of the Salem Witches. The Axeman, 70, a Grammy Award-Winning New Orleans base Jazz musician who is famous for his saxophone talent. Both of them travel a lot because of their career. So they decided to move to New York due to the convenient transportation and great medical resources of the big city, and also get closer to their children. New York version interpreting of the

NEW YORKER l CONCEPT
The common space for the Owl’s Nest Residence combines the living, dining, and kitchen area. A welcoming space where allows the residents from different ages to socialize, preparing food, and held community events. The main concept of the space is base on the bustling period The 1920’s New York City. Art Deco-inspired motif, furniture and architecture, geometric shape detail and elements with modern art shows the diversity and the interesting relationship between the golden ages and the modern-day New York.

NYSID RELAXATION SPACE l CONCEPT
The main design concept for the student relaxation space in NISID’s graduate center has two parts. First is the furniture library, inspired by the architectural structure at NYSID‘s 70th street main campus; warm neutral colored stone facade with classical decoration and the black iron sconces. The library features a bar area where students can get a coffee or prepare a meal, a digital display area that can be use as a gallery to display students’ work or host events, and the Furniture display area which has a display of designer and famous furniture. Students can hang out and get inspired by the library. The library also has a communal table that can hold a conference or act as a countertop to serve food and drinks for a party. Green and natural areas are also precious in New York City. The second part of the concept is base on the penthouse rooftop garden. The place is surrounded by trees and a gree wall. Use the different scaled sofa and hight cabinets work together to create a various private sitting area in this indoor garden.
