AluK Goes Virtual

AluK has launched a virtual tour of its impressive Chepstow showroom – giving trade and retail customers the opportunity to see the complete AluK product range on screen.

The tour is available to view via the trade and retail websites at: https://bit.ly/3KXvGEt. Online visitors navigate around the showroom just by following the on-screen arrows and then click wherever they see an information symbol to access full details of individual products, and a demo from one of the AluK team.

Following a highly successful launch at last year’s FIT Show and a year of establishing a nationwide dealer network, Gerda Residential Doors has launched a brand-new UK specific website through which British homeowners can specify products developed specifically for the UK market.

Pioneer Trading, exclusive distributor for Gerda in the UK, used the FIT Show to launch the range of Gerda steel and aluminium front entrance doors. Describing the doors as stylish, elegant and with an emphasis on high security with superior thermal performance across all of its products, Pioneer Trading says Gerda Doors are superbly engineered using the finest steel and aluminium door construction techniques. Pioneer adds that with high performance levels and unique construction methods and materials, Gerda Doors are an effective alternative to conventional composite doors.

Antoniya Stoycheva, AluK’s digital marketing and communications manager said the tour is set to become a key part of AluK’s support package for customers: “We get great feedback from anyone who visits our showrooms here in Chepstow and at our Design Studio in London in real life, so I know this will be a really popular addition to the website.

“We’ve replicated the visitor experience as closely as possible, and even included extra options such as downloadable datasheets on all the products featured.”

The virtual tour includes iconic AluK products such as the BSF70 bifold, the F82 bifold and the Infinium slider. There are also close ups of all the options in the popular 58BW window and 58BD door systems, as well as the 77IW and C70S window systems.

Trade customers can screen the tour in their own showrooms or as part of remote or in-home sales presentations just by adding a link to the AluK website. They can also of course still arrange in person visits to either of the AluK showrooms for themselves or for installers, developers or homeowners.
