Every property Members list with us is promoted with Windsor-branded custom marketing materials and high-profile print and digital advertising campaigns. Personal tours for prospective buyers are conducted by our sales team, who have a deep understanding of the Co-Founders’ original vision for Windsor, the architectural design code and lifestyle of Windsor, current market conditions as well as the latest information about in-progress and impending enhancements to the community.
Throughout the year, Windsor Real Estate works with a New York City-based public relations firm to raise awareness about Windsor in key national and international markets and at Windsor through invitation-only special events and media coverage in select publications. This PR effort is part of our ongoing program of cultivating relationships with potential buyers, including people who are not yet actively searching for a new Florida residence.
MARKETING
Windsor Real Estate sales associates work with Windsor’s marketing department to gauge market interest and develop and implement marketing plans designed to reach a highly targeted audience of affluent prospective buyers worldwide. In addition to launching advertising campaigns, we tap into strong relationships with the luxury brokerage community, Windsor Members as well as our proprietary database of well qualified buyers to identify prospects who are actively seeking the type of properties being listed.

Hotlinks enable people to easily contact sales associates or share the listing on various social media platforms. Windsor partners with an SEO firm to ensure the website is optimized to maximize search and overall visibility of all content. All listings are also posted on Windsor’s Facebook and Instagram feeds.

With over 50 years of combined experience, the Windsor sales team works as transaction brokers and have listed 98% of the community’s property listings over the past 10 years. ELIZABETH HANLEY

Elizabeth (Betsy) Hanley is CEO and President of Torwest, Inc., the developer of Windsor, and President of Windsor Real Estate, Inc., the community’s onsite brokerage. Ms. Hanley is responsible for overseeing all Club operations, including sporting and cultural amenities, the culinary department, finance, marketing and sales of new development and existing properties. She joined Windsor in 1996 and is one of Florida’s top producing brokers having sold over $1 billion worth of luxury real estate during her career. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Ms. Hanley was a retail broker with Merrill Lynch.

Since joining Windsor in 2003, Laurin Lott Pohl has sold more than $300 million worth of properties throughout the community, including the full spectrum of Windsor’s real estate offerings. Ms. Lott Pohl began her career as an interior designer with NBBJ, an architectural firm in Seattle, Washington, where notable clients included Microsoft, Russell Investments and the United States G.S.A. Ms. Lott Pohl has a strong understanding of the luxury real estate market, architectural standards, current design trends and buyer preferences.
WENDY BARIN

Since 2008, Wendy Barin has been a leader in Florida’s Treasure Coast and Space Coast luxury communities and has a keen understanding of the area’s luxury market. Prior to joining Windsor in 2015, Ms. Barin worked with Premier Estate Properties in Vero Beach, Treasure Coast Sotheby’s International Realty, and Sotheby’s International Realty in Orlando, Florida. At Windsor, she focuses on providing sound advice and superior customer service in the sales of existing homes, homesites, and developer product offerings.

Jane Smalley is responsible for ensuring Windsor’s iconic brand is upheld across a wide platform of marketing and promotional initiatives, including the website, social media, marketing collateral and advertising for both real estate and the Club. She also oversees public relations efforts and event planning for signature marketing events, including art exhibitions, charity sporting tournaments, food and wine events and an ongoing lecture series. Prior to joining Windsor in 2010, Ms. Smalley marketed mixed-use and luxury real estate projects for Tavistock Group, Pritzker Realty and Trammell Crow Company.
