So, come join us and let’s dive into the wonderful world of Finding Nemo Jr! The final show for the Wednesday Tots will be on Wed., Dec. 6.

About Skyline Children’s Theatre is a mainstay at the Community House and is proud to teach child- ren of all levels the fundamentals of acting. Jacqui Siegel, drama teacher, and Erica Zuhr, elementary school teacher, are the co-owners of Skyline Children’s Theatre Mrs. Siegel and Mrs. Zuhr have performed in and directed numerous plays throughout the Chicagoland area. Mrs. Siegel has worked with world-renowned casting directors in Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago. Together they bring their talents to Skyline Children’s Theatre, excited to share their passion for the performing arts with the community.
Skyline Children’s Theatre Policies
No make-up classes will be offered. Please help your child practice and memorize at home so your actor feels confident on stage. Please be prompt in arrival and dismissal times. All rehearsals are closed (no parents or guests watching). Actors are required to bring their scripts to every rehearsal. There will be no refunds after the first week of classes.
We have a variety of beautiful, year-round event spaces for weddings, fundraisers, graduations, bar/bat mitzvahs, and other celebrations up to 200 guests.

The Historic Garden is the perfect spot for your perfect day! This hidden outdoor gem can accommodate 200 guests for a theater style ceremony and 150 for a seated dinner, with plenty of room for your first dance under the stars.
The Garden Room accommodates 250 people theater style or 200 with tables and chairs. This space can also be divided into two separate rooms. Special features include natural light from south-facing windows, fine woodwork, variable lighting configurations and a dance floor with a view of the garden.

The Junior League of Evanston-North Shore, Inc. is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Each year, League members commit thousands of volunteer hours to improving our community. In particular, the focus of our organization is on Advancing Employment and Supporting Families for those in need across Chicago’s North Suburbs. Founded in 1924 as the Junior League of Evanston, JLE-NS now has approximately 350 Active and Sustaining members. We reach out to all women regardless of age, race, religion, ethnic or national origin who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to voluntarism.

La Petite École de Chicago, a private, French language immersion school founded in 2015, with its first campus in Hyde Park has a second campus at the Community House. The school serves families with children age 3 and above and offers a year-round, in-person, preschool to 6th grade curriculum based on the French national curriculum. The school also offers an online option for families with one or more individuals who cannot send children to school due to pre-existing conditions. Classes never exceed 10 students per teacher. Its teaching staff in Winnetka have a total of 52 years of experience.
