GAME 6 • SUNDAY, JANUARY 24, 2021 • 8:00 P.M. CT • BELL MTS PLACE

The Jets and Oilers meet for the first of nine times this season on Sunday night.

The Jets have points in eight of their past nine games against Edmonton with a 7-1-1 record.

Winnipeg is playing at Bell MTS Place for the second time in as many nights after dispatching the Ottawa Senators 6-3 on Saturday to sweep their three-game series.

The Jets have won eight consecutive home games dating back to last season.

Kyle Connor had a goal and an assist on Saturday to extend his season-opening scoring streak to five games (4G, 5A).

Connor has started this season with a 30.8% shooting percentage with four goals on 13 shots.

If goaltender Laurent Brossoit gets the start for Winnipeg tonight, it will be the first time he’s faced the team that drafted him in 2011.

Nikolaj Ehlers is on a three-game goal scoring streak and has scored the game’s opening goal in each of Winnipeg’s past two games.

Blake Wheeler had three assists on Saturday to reach 500 assists for his career.
