+

Winnipeg is a perfect 3-0-0 at home this season. The Jets went 13-13-2 at home last season, but started the season 10-5-1. Winnipeg’s power play clicked at 22.5% at home last season, which was tied for 12th in the NHL, while their penalty kill was 13th at 81.9%. Winnipeg is 209-134-33 at Canada Life Centre and have posted a .500 record or better at home in five consecutive seasons.

The most overtime wins in a season since relocation is seven, which occurred during the 2018-19 season.

AMONG THE BEST

OCTOBER REWIND +

Pierre-Luc Dubois is riding an eight-game point streak (7G, 4A), which is the longest point streak of his career. The streak is tied for the second longest active streak in the NHL. He has multiple points in three of his past six games.

Dating back to last season when he made his lone NHL appearance with the New Jersey Devils, Comrie is 3-0-0 with a 2.59 goals-against average and .913 save percentage. With Connor Hellebuyck’s status undetermined for Friday’s game, Comrie could become the first goaltender to start consecutive games for the Jets besides Hellebuyck since Laurent Brossoit started back-to-back games on Jan. 22-31/20, which was on both ends of the all-star and player break. The last time Hellebuyck wasn’t Winnipeg’s starting goaltender in consecutive games during the same week was Oct. 4-6/19 when Brossoit started both games.
