Perfect for summertime dining with friends and family, The Hideout Cafe & Bar is a great new pop up serving freshly made food and artisan drinks.

ased in the glorious grounds of the Woolley Grange Hotel is the new pop-up Hideout Café and Bar. It has just opened to locals as well as hotel residents for morning coffee and cake (10am-noon) or you can pre-book a table for an informal lunch or dinner. To find the Hideout, simply following the Glamping signs on entering the hotel grounds. The Hideout’s bar serves a mix of soft drinks (including homemade fruit syrups) and hot drinks, as well as locally inspired beer, cider, wines, Woolley Gin and alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. Perfect for a glass of something chilled with a bite of lunch. For lunch, choose from pizzas from the pizza oven, burgers, homemade soup and salads from the Woolley Walled Garden, tartlets and other light bites. Vegetarians, vegan and gluten free diets are well catered for, as are children, who have a choice of a grazing plate, a child size pizza or pasta. You may also be tempted by freshly cooked waffles for dessert, dark chocolate pot or Luscious ice cream. Between 3pm and 5pm, hang out in the bar, where you can enjoy a selection of homemade cakes or an indulgent cream tea with fresh scones and preserves. Supper is served from 5pm with the last sitting at 7.45pm. There is a themed menu on each evening, ranging from barbecue to paella to freshly cooked pizzas and curries,

As the night draws in, The Hideout comes alive, decked with festoon lighting and chilled music, you really will feel like you are on holiday! Choose a comfy spot to sit and while away the evening, or take your place around the large outdoor fire pit – perfect for toasting marshmallows. The menus have been designed by the hotel’s new award-winning Head Chef, Dean Westcar.
