oughs Solicitors are generously offering to write not for profit discounted Wills throughout February 2022 as part of their Charity of the Year partnership with the Youth Adventure Trust.

Within this scheme, Wills - both single and joint - will be offered at a 50% discount of their normal cost, with all proceeds being donated by Goughs to the Youth Adventure Trust. This means that a Single Basic Will costs only £175 and a Married Couple Will costs £225. The Youth Adventure Trust uses outdoor adventure to empower young people in Swindon and Wiltshire to fulfil their potential and lead positive lives in the future. Goughs have offices throughout Wiltshire in many of the towns where the Youth Adventure Trust’s young people come from and share the same values of Accountability, Excellence, Engagement, Trust and Teamwork that we promote to our young people. The Youth Adventure Programme, which spans 3 school years, is a genuinely life changing opportunity, giving young people the chance to build resilience, develop confidence and learn skills that will last a lifetime. They help up to 360 young people a year develop these key skills through the challenge of outdoor adventure. Each young person is supported to build on their personal strengths through our individualised support and feedback, enabling them to become reflective, see their 52

The YAT Wills Scheme encourages supporters to include a gift to Youth Adventure Trust in their Will by using this service, although this is not essential. By leaving a gift to the charity within a Will, individuals are leaving the gift of adventure to inspire young lives, which is a wonderful way of showing support for local, vulnerable youth.
