Matthew and the team have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic to ensure their customers, old and new, have what they need to make the most of their outdoor space. The centre continues to evolve, keeping its traditional heart as a destination for true plant-lovers, whilst also expanding to offer greater ranges of succulents, house plants and more. There is also a wonderful on-site café, Avonfield Kitchen, and a huge array of gardening sundries.
The quality of plants is second to none. As well as growing a large number themselves, they also source their plants from a selection of tried and tested nurseries throughout the UK. They also have the largest selection of trees in the area. This springtime pop in for a supply of ready to plant vegetable plugs, including tomatoes, chillies, beans, lettuce, spinach, chard and more. They have strawberry plants aplenty too. As well as growing your own, they also offer a large and varied range of herbaceous perennials. Equally, you may be looking to direct sow some annuals, or arrange a seasonal bedding display.
