Trump is so incapable as president that, according to the latest polls, he has the lowest approval rating of any president in history at this point in a presidency. Furthermore, Trump's credibility with the American people is so low that most members of Congress are simply disregarding what he says and doing what makes sense for them politically. Donald Trump is "Making America Great Again" by failing to implement all his fake campaign promises. His promised repeal of Obamacare as soon as he became president just failed miserably. Trump's promise to make Mexico pay for a border wall will never happen. Not only will Mexico never pay for this, members of Congress will never appropriate the billions of dollars it would cost to build it. Trump's "temporary" 90-day "Muslim" ban is now almost six months old and he has failed to present any alternatives. Trump's secret plan to defeat ISIS that was so much better than the generals' plan was just a mirage in the desert and did not exist. And on and on... It's no wonder Trump himself coined the phrase "fake news." Trump reminds us daily how his many promises were simply just that, "fake news" Trump fed his supporters and the media – or lies as I prefer to call them. According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, lying is defined as "to make an untrue statement with intent to deceive; to create a false or misleading impression." No need to sugar coat what Trump does, Merriam-Webster makes it crystal clear. It also runs in the family, as Donald Trump Jr. proved this past week with his statements and emails about his meeting with the Russian government attorney.

DIET MYTHBUSTERS very year we hear about a new diet that demands that we "eat this, not that"; don't you just love being told what to do? They throw new studies and foods at us that are now the answer to getting the body you want, and the health outcomes that you need. With there being so many different diets to try on the market, it can be daunting to figure out which is best for your lifestyle and, most importantly, which ones to avoid entirely. Let's take a look at some of the most popular diets and see what we can decipher together.

In all of your Google searches, you've probably heard about the Paleo diet. Nicknamed the "caveman diet," as the diet looks at how our hunter-gatherer ancestors would've eaten in ancient times. This means eating fruits, veggies, meats, seafood, and nuts – without actually hunting for it, of course! The benefit to this diet is how balanced it is in regards to giving your body everything that it needs and avoiding what it doesn't. However, like the ketogenic diet, it can be very strict. It's all about lifestyle changes. Whatever you decide, you have to commit yourself to it. You need to know what your current state of health is so that you can better decide what lifestyle works best for you. See your doctor about getting blood work done and take it from there. Remember that weight loss is a great goal, but it isn't everything. Being skinny while being unhealthy is not a win-win scenario. Be mindful about your choices, because that's what it boils down to – making a choice.

The ketogenic diet has been receiving a lot of attention as of late. The purpose of this diet is to force your body into ketosis – the metabolic state where our bodies do not have enough glucose to produce energy and so our body burns through our stored fats instead. The ketogenic diet involves a very low-carbohydrate, high fat (believe it or not), and an appropriate amount of protein included in your daily intake. Your meals will look like: 20% protein, 5% carbohydrates, and 75% fat. Seems extreme, right? That's because it is, and it is very restrictive. It will take your body 1-2 weeks to adapt to this new way of eating. There are many pros to the diet, including increased fat burning/weight loss, decreased insulin resistance, and better body composition. Just keep in mind that this diet requires extreme commitment and will be a challenge while eating out.

DB: Munich, Bavaria. RC: Tell our readers about yourself. DB: Well, I'm 25-years-old and an up-and-coming fitness/fashion model. I am a guy who started from the bottom. My parents aren't rich, but they always support me when I am in any kind of trouble. They've also supported my modeling career since the beginning. I started playing football at 10-years-old but quit when it caused problems with my hip. Over the years playing soccer for different pro German teams, I formed my athletic body. Later, I decided (because of troubles with hip) to choose another sport which wouldn't be that painful. But I didn't start to hit the gym just because of money or thinking of a modeling career. I never expected I would go so far with this. So I decided to change my life, and after 2-3 years of hardcore training I found out this could be my way. Muscles came out and people were impressed by my transforma-

tion and finally talked to me. I changed myself through this sport, I learned from life that if you want to reach something, you have to take the risk and you need to go for it. After three years of hitting the gym, I had my first photo shoot, and I couldn't believe the result. And finally, I did my first cover for Wire Magazine! RC: What do you do for a living? DB: At the moment, I am working at UPS. RC: How would you describe your personal style, and where do you pull your inspiration from? DB: My personal style is always very classic. Hair is styled daily. I wear, most times, jeans and slim-fit shirts. But I love also to wear jogging pants on rainy days and a muscle shirt. My main inspiration/motivation comes from myself, inside my mind. I am my own hero. Also, I love the lifestyle, being pumped in the gym getting "stared" at by people; and my main point is: never give up in life. RC: Tell us three facts about you that may surprise people. DB: I'm a very loyal person. IÂ´m a baker. I'm an uncle already. RC: How do you stay in such great shape? DB: Well, I had a lot of troubles in the past. For example, my right shoulder is damaged by too much weight from bench pressing; also my lower back and stomach. So, it is not easy to maintain this body shape. You have to eat very clean, try to avoid stress, anger and meeting the wrong people because it disturbs your mindset. Also, you have to work out 4-5 days a week. And don't forget â&#x20AC;&#x201C; a great body is controlled by your mind. RC: What is your favorite food? DB: To be honest, I have others, but I choose pizza.

RC: What do you enjoy the most about modeling for photography? DB: The best thing about modeling is meeting new people. Also, traveling gives you so much experience. You can show the pictures to your children later and tell them the story about why you started and how you did it. When I do a photo shoot, photographers, for example Photo Studio Miami, gave me the feeling of being a star in front of the camera playing with their lens... It's just an amazing feeling. That is why I enjoy this so much.

RC: Boxers or briefs? DB: Boxers. RC: What are five things you can't live without? DB: Family, food, girls, gym and Internet. RC: What are your favorite hobbies? DB: Training and live streaming. RC: Where would you travel if you could go anywhere? Why? DB: Definitely Miami, it's just a paradise. There is always movement, hot girls, friendly people and nice weather. It's the place to be. RC: What is your current struggle? DB: My health. I still cannot eat without feeling sick afterwards because there has been inflammation inside of my stomach for over two years. It's better now, but it takes a lot of time to heal 100 percent. I cannot train at the moment, because it's just no fun with this condition. RC: What makes you happy? DB: Meeting nice people who help me achieve my dream. RC: Is there anything else you would like to share with Wire Magazine readers? Get ready to have a "Momentary Lapse of Reason" with The Australian Pink Floyd Show – The Best Side of the Moon 2017, featuring a laser and light show, special filmed footage and original animation onto a large high-resolution LED screen, inflatables, and more. Often labeled as being more than a tribute band, the show will incorporate a new set of Pink Floyd songs from The Best Side of the Moon, some of the most popular songs from the Syd Barrett years, and the classic Dark Side of the Moon album in its totality.

Miami kicks off its new arts season with ArtsLaunch2017 – a day of free activities at the Arsht Center. A unique occasion for the community, ArtstLaunch2017 will allow patrons to be immersed in arts & culture, while exploring over 100 organizations and getting to know the Arsht Center's performance spaces. Attendees will be granted the opportunity to be the first to purchase tickets to the Arsht Center's 2017-18 season performances without any added ticket fees at the box office window.
