Thanks to a plethora of early miscues from WKU on both sides of the ball, the Tide rolled to a 63-0 victory over the Hilltoppers Saturday, in WKU’s season opener against Alabama. “They did everything you ’ re supposed to do They were a big, physical football team They played well I thought they were very cohesive with what they did,” Head Coach Tyson Helton said.
WKU’s already slim chances of upsetting No. 5 Alabama became near impossible after a mistake-filled first quarter

I had some optimism that WKU could compete early in their season opener at Alabama Even against the Crimson Tide, I figured WKU’s usually high-scoring offense would score some points against an Alabama program ushering in a new era.

Here are my takeaways from Alabama’s 63-0 shellacking of WKU.

Peyton Reid | Sports reporter
Losing reigning Conference USA player of the year Paige Briggs to graduation, WKU volleyball looks to have another successful season while also having one of the smallest rosters in recent years.
“We have a small roster and we have to stay healthy, and knock on wood we have done that through preseason so we are excited to finally get into game week ” Head Coach Travis Hudson said Despite having one of the smallest rosters, Hudson said that the 2024 roster is one of the deepest teams he has had

Over a month after President Joe Biden dropped out of the 2024 presidential election and endorsed her, Kamala Harris finally sat down for an interview Thursday night.
After Biden’s withdrawal, the Democratic Party was quick to rally behind Harris and she has begun to outpoll her opponent, former President Donald Trump. It appears in an attempt to hold on to this sugar high, the Harris campaign has avoided intense questioning at all costs Democrats likely

fear that Harris’s early success has been somewhat of a honeymoon phase which will fade with time; after all, she had the lowest approval rating of any modern vice president
Facing pressure, Harris agreed to an interview on CNN with Dana Bash. It appears this may have been a mistake. The interview was set up to be as advantageous for Harris as possible It was on a friendly network, was pre-recorded, and Harris was flanked by her running mate, Tim Walz. Reading for classes can be tedious, repetitive and overwhelming Because of that, you may not want to read in your spare time during the school year
However, reading can be a way of traveling on magical adventures through fantasy, experiencing or understanding love through a romance novel, bettering ourselves with motivational and inspirational words or improving financial situations
The following novels are all of different genres to pique the interests of different readers
These novels are meant to be fun, interesting and experimental reads. Through these, there will be enlightenment, excitement and, for the romantics, a little heartbreak.
