The Bowling Green Police Department is not seeking opportunities to assist U S Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in the wake of President Trump’s mass deportation plans.
According to Data USA, in 2022, 7 09 percent of Bowling Green’s population consisted of foreign-born individuals, up from 7 05 percent in 2021 Bowling Green’s high concentration of immigrants could make it a target for potential crackdowns in Kentucky.

OPINION: Who
should win the 2025 Grammy Awards
As the 2025 Grammy Awards come closer and debates surrounding the nominations continue, I developed a system to determine who should take home the gold.
I listened to the award nominations for Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Best New Artist, and decided who should win. Before diving in, I must state my biases – I am a pop girl to my core. Despite this, I removed my biases from the ranking and judged each song based on how I felt Each song was listened to and judged for its content, not where it fell on the charts.
I ranked each song on a zero to 10 scale. First, I considered the description of the nomination category After that, I prioritized the vocals, lyrics, and how the track sounded For Album of the Year, I found the average score of each track’s rating within the album.
