Kentucky anti-DEI bill advances toward final passage

The widely debated bill to prohibit diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs in Kentucky’s public universities passed the Senate this evening and now awaits a vote from Kentucky Gov Andy Beshear

Christian students write entire Gospel of John throughout campus

Students from different Christian campus ministries came together to write all 21 chapters (879 verses) of the Gospel of John from just outside Grise Hall down to the Preston Health and Activities Center on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. Photo by Dominic Di Palermo.

Around 65-70 Christian students spent Monday night into Tuesday morning hunched over the central campus sidewalk, dirtying their hands with chalk while writing the entire 879 verses of the Gospel of John

All 21 chapters were written in around two and a half hours by the Baptist Campus Ministry (BCM), Cru and Hilltoppers for Christ (HFC) Chapter one was written just outside of Grise Hall, and chapter 21 was completed near the Preston Health and Activities Center. After writing and drawing, the group prayed for WKU’s students and faculty at Centennial Mall

Lady Toppers look for CUSA tournament win against FIU

WKU Women’s Basketball will look to advance to the Conference USA tournament semifinals Thursday with a win over the FIU Panthers

The Lady Toppers are the No 3 seed in the CUSA and will face the winner of Liberty and UTEP on Friday night if they win.
