YOGA & SOUND HEALING

Calm the mind and body whilst giving yourself permission to rest deeply through the restorative Yoga, soothing sounds and mindful meditation. Wednesdays from March 7, 6pm to 7pm, Thursdays from March 8, 11.30am to 12.30pm, $10 per session. Bookings essential. No experience is needed, all levels welcome.

Three sessions, Monday, February 19 to March 5, 6pm to 9pm, Cost: $80 for three week program including all material. Create your own beautiful pieces of mosaic art with help from our highly qualified facilitator Fiona Murray. This program is designed for both the beginner and experienced person. Be surprised with what you can create.

Albury Wodonga Music Group Starts Wednesday, January 10 running weekly throughout the year, 6pm to 8pm Cost: Gold coin donation Bring along your guitar or other musical instruments and have fun, learn new skills and work on songs together. Bongo Bash CLOSING THE GAP ON INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) Wednesdays from February 14 to March 28, 11am to 11.45am, $5 per session Are you someone who struggles to understand new technology? Bring along your laptop, mobile phone or smart device and learn some tips from students from Catholic College Wodonga. Receive one-on-one tutoring and learn at your own pace.

Clear your mind, energise your body, build core strength and learn breathing techniques to slow down the ageing process. Our qualified tutor, Carol Smith, will teach you how to benefit from traditional Yang style Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Bookings essential Starts Tuesday, February 6, $10 per session. Bongo Bash is a great way to learn to drum with authentic African drummers! Term 1 - Fortnightly, Thursdays on February 1, 15 and March 1, 15 and 29. Term 2 - Fortnightly, Thursdays on April 19 and May 3, 17, 31 and June 14 and 28 Time: 4pm to 5pm Cost: $10 per session

Weekly, commencing January 12, 2018 12.30pm to 2.30pm, Free Enjoy a relaxing afternoon and get crafty with others while sharing or learning new skills. Feel free to bring your own craft project and enjoy a cuppa with friends. Program is designed for all ages and abilities. Some materials supplied.

Community Cooking

Supported by the Albury Wodonga Regional Food share, Community Cooking provides a relaxing environment where individuals are provided with a free meal, whilst learning new cooking skills with great company. This is a food relief program. Term 1: Wednesdays, Febuary 7 to March 28 Term 2: Wednesdays, April 18 to June 27 Time: 5pm to 7pm Cost: Free, gold coin optional. RSVP preferred for catering purposes.
