Felltimber Sunday Breakfasts Sundays, April 28, May 26 and June 30 9am to 10am Felltimber Community Centre We will be holding FREE Sunday Breakfasts on the last Sunday of each month by the lake (weather permitting). Ukulele and Song writing workshop with Captain Pete Wednesday during school terms, Term 2, April 24 to June 26 5pm to 6.30pm Baranduda Community Centre Join Captain Pete on this Uke and Songwriting journey! In this amazing songwriting workshop Pete will be teaching kids how to write their own songs and explore creative songwriting moments. They will discover how to take ideas from start to finish. Writing songs is a powerful way for kids to express ideas, emotions, relationships, stories and opinions. At the end of the term the kids will have produced their very own songbook using their illustraton’s and a CD with three songs. Kids Fishing Fun
Fish-a-thon Saturday, May 18 from 2pm to 5pm (Sunset approx. 5.15 pm) Community members of all ages are welcome to come and join in the fun at our next Free Fish-a-thon event. This is also a celebration of all the skills learnt by the students in the Kids’ Fishing Fun program which will run Wednesday May 1 to May 15 from 5pm to 6pm. A FREE barbecue dinner and drinks will be provided with a range of workshops on how to fish, so if you don’t know where to start, don’t despair as we will have plenty of help available.
