I wanted to volunteer at Baranduda Community Centre as I was looking for a volunteer role that was varied, interesting, and most importantly where I could have a bit of fun. Somewhere I could meet lots of different people. What is your favourite part of volunteering at BCC? There is not just one favourite thing. I love the welcoming and friendly environment at the Baranduda Community Centre. I thoroughly enjoy working with Stacey the Co-ordinator, she has made me feel like a valued member of the team. I enjoy the diversity of the role from answering the phone to helping with the cooking for the Italian Pop Up Cafe. I love that there is a Day Care and Pre School at the centre with parents and children coming and going, always someone to talk to or have a laugh.
