In an unmissably vibrant mix of storytelling, rounded character work, stand-up, silly dances, ridiculous puppetry, and animated projections of her real imaging, she has made a show that is touching, real, raw and hilarious, skilfully making mutated cells the butt of the joke. Cos cancer seriously deserves to be laughed out of town.

Saturday, September 16, 7.30pm Direct from critically acclaimed seasons at Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Auckland International Cabaret Festival, Exposing Edith charts the tragic life of arguably the greatest French singer of all time, Edith Piaf. Experience her life, loves and losses through the songs that shot her to stardom including La Vie en Rose, Milord and Non, je ne regrette rien.

In 1924, the Italian film director Angelo Drovetti embarked on an epic 8000-nautical mile voyage with his movie camera.

This black and white silent film chronicles the voyage of the passenger steam ship Regina d’Italia (Queen of Italy). Fourpiece band I Viaggiatori will perform live Italian folk music to accompany the film.
