The Man Box is a set of beliefs within and across society that place pressure on men to behave or act a certain way because of their gender.

The social pressure to ‘be a man’ can have a negative impact on the health and wellbeing of men, their families and the wider community. Come and engage in an open discussion with key speakers on why it is important to rethink what masculinity means and discover ways in which we as health professionals, business leaders, coaches and members of the community can contribute to a positive change. Attendance at this event may count for up to four Continuing Professional Development points and a certificate of attendance can be provided upon request.
