Propel Women Into Meaningful Careers

WOMEN OFFSHORE'S CAREER SERVICES

In June 2022, we launched the Career Development Program. Our Director of Career Services, Christine MacMillan, led the way to reduce the gender gap and made real waves in many lives!

Christine followed through on the initiative, expanding it from an entry-level development program to offer multiple career services that includes academy outreach and resources for the job application process (e.g. resume writing and interview preparation).

Christine has done a tremendous job to turn one initative into a department at Women Offshore that we now refer to as Career Services! Her vision is to provide customized career counseling to program participants with sea-going careers and those looking to dive into the industry!
