BRING ON THE AMBASSADORS: New program seeks friendly, welcoming members

What would a new year be without resolutions? I suppose just another day.

Each year, I craft a Sales and Marketing Plan for the Club. The result is not just a blueprint for business growth – it's a roadmap for enhancing the member experience.

At its core, the plan recognizes that a country club is more than just facilities and services; it's a community where friendships flourish and families come together. The plan prioritizes member engagement through diverse event programming, ensuring that each member, regardless of age or interest, finds a sense of belonging and enjoyment. Here’s where you come in:

The Ambassador Program invitation to meet and mingle based on mutual convenience. The role of our Ambassadors extends beyond the initial welcome; they will be a continual source of support, ensuring our new members find their place and voice within our community, answering any questions and helping them to navigate their new surroundings.

We’re excited to share with you a wonderful addition to our Woodbridge community – the introduction of our Ambassador Program. This program is a heartfelt initiative designed to make every new member feel right at home, right away. The program was recommended by the Membership Committee last November, and approved by the Board of Directors at its final 2023 meeting.

We understand stepping into a new environment can be a bit daunting, and our aim is to ensure a warm and seamless transition into the vibrant Woodbridge lifestyle.

Our Ambassadors are fellow members, just like you, who are enthusiastic about our Club and eager to help new members explore all that Woodbridge has to offer.

We invite you to consider being a part of this enriching program. Your involvement could make a significant difference in someone’s experience at Woodbridge.
