Convenient Start Times: Select a start time between 5-6:30pm for a five-hour rental, ensuring your celebration shines into the evening.

Weddings conclude by 11pm, with options for extended hours and earlier start times.

Early Access for Bridal Party: Arrive two hours before the start time to prepare and relax.

Vendor Coordination: Vendors may set up after 8am on your wedding day, depending on availability. Rentals and linens can be arranged the day before and picked up the day after.

Our pricing is customized to your needs and will be discussed during your personal consultation, where we will also explore additional options to enhance your celebration.

Please note, all bookings include a 20% service charge and 7.75% sales tax, along with minimums for food and beverage.

THE FINE PRINT 1. Deposit and Payment Schedule. All deposits and payments are nonrefundable and will be applied to the total cost of the Function. At the time of execution of this Event Agreement by both parties, shall pay to Club a nonrefundable deposit of $1000 along with signed Event Agreement to secure the Function.

Payment Schedule: $1000 Deposit due no later than 7 days after agreement date to secure event date.

Final guest count due 14 days prior to event date.

Final payment due 10 days prior to event date.

Payment Options: Cash or Check.

Credit Card: Effective Jan 6, 2020 a 3.5% processing fee will apply to all deposits/payments made by credit card.

2. Coordination: We require all on-site weddings to have a wedding coordinator who controls the flow of the event and makes for a successful event for both Woodbridge, the Bride and the Groom. We provide one day wedding coordinator services for $300.

3. Cancellation Policy. In the event the Bride and/or Groom cancels the Function for any reason, Club will be entitled to a cancellation fee as liquidated damages (plus service charges and applicable taxes) at the time of cancellation as follows: 90 days to 60 days prior to the Function - 50% of the Estimated Cost 59 days to 10 days prior to the Function - 75% of the Estimated Cost Less than 10 days prior to the Function -100% of the Estimated Cost Given the Club’s capacity to prepare and serve food and beverages, the parties acknowledge that it is highly unlikely that the Club would be able to mitigate any losses caused by cancellation of the Function. The parties agree that prospectively calculating the damages that Club would suffer as a result of the cancellation of the Function would be exceptionally difficult or impossible. For this reason, the parties have agreed that the calculations set forth above are a reasonable forecast of just compensation in the event of the cancellation of the Function. The amounts due for cancellation set forth herein are intended as liquidated damages and not as a penalty.
