The Academy Fund

T

he Academy Fund provides unrestricted funding to a wide variety of priorities for The Woodstock Academy. These include faculty and staff development, student activities and athletics, and fine arts programs. Contributions to The Academy Fund allow us to maintain and deliver the quality of education that our students and families have come to know and expect. As The Academy Fund grows, so will the opportunities afforded to our growing community – continually enhancing the first-rate education, activities, and experiences available to all our students.

Why We Ask for Your Support

Arts & Music With their choice of more than 30 art and music courses, nine different musical ensembles, and The Gallery, students are encouraged to explore their creativity at The Academy.

nrestricted gifts to The Academy Fund will allow us to continue to provide needed funding to priority areas at The Academy. When considering a contribution to The Academy Fund, know that each gift – no matter the amount – has an impact on our students, faculty and staff including the following areas:

Athletics The Woodstock Academy offers more than 50 competitive, prep, intramural, and unified teams providing student-athletes of all abilities the opportunity to participate.

Academics Each year, new and innovative courses are added to The Academy’s curriculum. In recent years, we have added more than 20 new courses including forensic science, yoga, aerospace engineering, and 3D animation. More than 40 of our available courses offer college credit and our students have access to 30 vocational and technical classes.

Clubs and Organizations There are more than 40 student and faculty led clubs and organizations at The Academy allowing our students to explore their passions and interests beyond the school day. These include Model UN, FRESH, Robotics, and many more.

How to Support The Academy Fund Join The 1801 Society Members of the 1801 Society commit to supporting The Academy Fund at the amount of $180.10 or higher each year.
