December 28—31, 2009 $425 (Deduct $25 for each additional sibling enrolled) • Camp begins Monday at 12:00 noon. Camp ends Thursday at 12:00 noon. • Registration on Monday at the lodge from 10:00–11:30 a.m. • Minimum Age: 7 years old ALL PARKS WILL BE OPEN, weather permitting (mountain bike hill open weather permitting). Hangar 18 always available. Fees include instruction, open riding, recreation, meals (lunch Monday thru breakfast Thursday), and overnight accommodations. Campers must bring their own sports equipment and safety gear (details and more information in registration confirmation). Bring extra spending money for snacks in our canteen. NO CELL PHONES (public phones available) • NO iPODS VISITING HOURS: Thursday 12/31, 10:00 a.m.

Previous 2009 campers can call the camp office with a credit card to register over the phone.

Payment in full must accompany each camper’s application. Campers must be covered by their own medical insurance. TRANSPORTATION

Call the camp office to make a reservation before 12/11. Plane/Train/Bus: Bakersfield Meadows Field Airport (BFL) or Bakersfield AmTrak or Greyhound. NO LAX PICK-UP. $75 round trip; $40 one way. Arrivals Monday 8:00 a.m.–12:00 noon; departures Thursday 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Los Angeles Area*: NO LAX PICK-UP. Park ‘n Ride at 11500 Aviation Blvd. $150 round trip; $100 one way. Monday pick-up at 9:00 a.m.; Thursday drop-off around 3:00 p.m. (*NOTE: LA transportation provided only if a minimum of 5 campers have signed up for it by 12/11.) Private Car Service: If our schedules cannot accommodate your needs from the LA area, please call Pronto Limousine Service for private transportation: 866-663-6831. From the Bakersfield area, call Vintage Limousine at 661-326-8130. In either case, mention Woodward West for special rates. PAYMENT POLICY

Money order, certified checks, and credit cards will be accepted as payment for camp fees (do not send cash or personal check). Registration fees are due when you submit application form.

Please note that all fees must be paid in U.S. currency via money order, certified check, or credit card drawn upon a U.S. bank located on U.S. soil. There is a charge of $30 for each bank wire. REFUND POLICY

Anytime before December 1, 2009, upon written notice of cancellation, registration fees less $50 processing charge are refundable. After December 1, 2009, all registration fees are non-refundable. No deadline to register (provided space is available). Applications will be accepted until first day of session (provided space is available).

I also expressly grant to the Camp and any third party authorized by the camp the right to film, videotape, photograph, record the voice of and make any reproductions of the camper’s physical likeness and voice and the irrevocable right in perpetuity to use, display, and digitally enhance or alter in any manner, such likeness in any media now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to the exhibition and/or online use, broadcast, theatrically or on television, cable or radio, or any motion picture film, video tape, DVD, CD, or any published articles in which such likeness may be printed, used or incorporated, and in the advertising, exploiting and publicizing of the Camp and Camp Products.
