A new feature has been instituted at the club recently, members will now be emailed a copy of the receipt after the check is closed. This has been initiated to help eliminate incorrect charges to your member account, so far it has worked very well with members contacting us immediately to correct the error. Please review chits for accuracy and contact our accounting dept. with any errors.

As our college aged staff return to school, we will be understaffed for a few weeks until it begins to slow down. It is difficult to hire new staff as we only need them for a short period of time. Grounds will lose 16 staff members in the next few weeks. Your help with replacing/filling divots, raking bunkers and repairing ball marks will help the Grounds staff keep the course in spectacular condition through late Summer and Fall.

The Pool normally closes the day after Labor Day. This year we will remain open through Sunday, September 8. Remember the Doggy Dip will be Sunday, September 8 from 5:00pm-7:00. Bring your dog to the pool for a swim and enjoy the last pool day!

Important Update:

In an effort to ensure the accuracy of club member charge slips, we now have the ability to send an email copy of your check after it is closed for the meal period. We do not send an email every time you make a purchase, only when the check is closed. For example, if you are at the pool for several hours during the day, you would only receive one (1) email when you check is closed at the end of the day.

Please take a look at the emailed check and if there are any discrepancies, please contact us to correct the check.

Members will now have immediate access to the receipt and the rest of the month to review their bill. Once the bill has been paid, charges may not be disputed.

This applies to all aspects of the club, Dinning and Golf.
