Our Events Department will take care of all the finer details to ensure all of your requirements are catered for.

Please note, all Christmas bookings require a £10 per person, non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.

Our Pavilion Party Night Packages include a delicious three-course meal with tea, coffee and mince pies. There will be a DJ until late, Christmas crackers and novelties to help make your evening truly one to remember.

The Graeme Hick Pavilion is equipped Complimentary Wi-Fi, Toilet Facilities, Disabled Access and stunning views of the cricket ground and Worcester Cathedral.

Enjoy a night of Gin Tasting, including a two-course meal with an exquisite, gin-tastic dessert! Our exclusive, limited edition Black Pear Flavoured Gin will also be available for tasting and purchase on the night. This unique experience is available for individuals, couples, or groups - a perfect excuse to get your friends and family together!

Piston Gin is a distinguished mix of time-honoured technique and classic style. Distilled in Worcestershire to create a smooth, exotic and imitable flavour. Once you step through our doors, you’ll be greeted by one of Piston’s expert distillers and a Piston Gin & Tonic of course, before settling down. The distiller will then explain what is in store for the next few hours whilst enjoying some fine Christmas dining.

Murder Mystery Night

WHO KILLED EBENEZER SCROOGE?

Pokeingham-Softly-on-the-Wold’s amateur dramatic society has been rehearsing hard for tonight’s opening of ‘A Christmas Carol’. The Village Hall has been transformed into a Victorian scene and the cast are busy putting the finishing touches to their costumes. As the audience gathers in anticipation of an evening of theatrical escapism, a blood-curdling scream is heard and a shock discovery delays curtain-up. A festive 1950s Murder Mystery set amongst the cast of the Pokeingham Players.

Get your friends together and join us for an evening of murder, mystery and fine dining as you put your detective skills to the test.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there parking on site?

Car parking is available at New Road at either the Premier Inn side of the ground for The View Parties, or, in The Graeme Hick Pavilion car park, for the Graeme Hick Pavilion Parties (it is located just past the Club Shop & Café building), where you can park your car for free for the duration of the evening. If you make use of one of our on-site car parks, please ensure you enter your car registration upon entry to the building.

Can I pay in cash?

No, New Road Worcester is a cashless venue.

A member of my party can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

All deposits and payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is advisable that you try and refill the place if possible. We cannot transfer any money across to wine/drinks.

When do I pay for my party?

The final balance for your party needs to be paid by Friday 3 November 2023. We accept payment by credit/debit card or BACS.

Can I set up a bar account on the night?

Unfortunately, we are unable to set up a bar account on the evening. We can, however, set up pre-paid bar tokens to be allocated on the night.

How many do the tables seat?

Our tables seat ten guests, but we do have a limited number of tables that can accommodate 12 guests that are available on request. If you are part of a larger group, your tables will all be sat next to each other. If you are part of a smaller group and/or you do not fill a full table of ten, you may have to share a table with another group, however we do endeavour to provide people with private tables where possible.

I have a special diet/food allergy, do I need to tell you?

Yes, if you or a member of your group have an allergy and would like advice about whether this may be affected by the food and drink being served please contact us, we will be happy to assist you. As we have so many ingredients in our kitchen, we cannot 100% guarantee that any dish is allergen free. Your safety is our greatest concern and because allergies can be life-threatening, we would ask you to think carefully about the risks before you pre-order.

Is there a dress code?

It is Christmas and a great excuse to get all glammed up and feel extra special. Dress to impress! Gowns and black tie will be welcomed but are not compulsory. We do not allow trainers, sportswear, or baseball caps. Anyone arriving to the Christmas party wearing any of the non-permitted items may be refused entry by our security teams.
