The Anchor Pub in Henley The Anchor Pub in Henley is a traditional, homely pub with a wonderful atmosphere close to the banks of the River Thames. Full of character and history. Our bars, restaurant and lovely south facing garden are sure to be very popular with visitors and Henley locals alike. Our gallery tells the story of our transformation during the early part of 2013. 58 Friday Street, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 1AH. 01491 574753 www.theanchorhenley.co.uk/ The Little Angel The Little Angel. It’s a pub with a touch of finesse we like to think. Our menu is Franglais – half British, half French. With Olivier growing up in the Loire Valley and moving to London 30 years ago to run pubs, it just seemed like the perfect fusion. Pam and Pierre run the kitchen where all food is freshly prepared. We source as many ingredients as we can locally but obviously some need to come from across the Channel too for the French side of things. Our food is important to us but welcome anyone who just wants to come in for a drink too. We can cater for parties from 6 to 150 people too, whatever the occasion. The Little Angel is the perfect pub in our opinion as there’s a place for everyone: from a cosy spot next to the fire, to a few drinks in the snug, a family meal in one of the booths or a catch up with friends in the conservatory. Remenham Ln, Remenham, Henley-on-Thames RG9 2LS. 01491 411008 www.thelittleangel.co.uk/

Relax, unwind, chat with the locals and of course, have a drink. When you enter The Old Bell you step back in time.
