Since I was a child, I have had an immeasurable admiration and love for people who manage to create something magical; achieving something extraordinary through simple, everyday materials combined with their knowledge of tradition. I yearn to convey exactly this through my work and recipes: pure, authentic materials, prime quality in proper doses, knowledge, and experience, and through that, love. Love for people and good desserts, a shareable gift of life.

Pastries should satisfy and intrigue everyone who tastes them. Through them, you should get to experience the secrets of tradition, hidden in only the best ingredients. My tip for a great pastry is for it to be as true as the colours and aromas that emerge from the combination of flavours, while still being able to match the modern expectations of nutrition with current trends of high gastronomy. For me the perfect pastry is one that you’re able to present at an international conference and at the same time give it unreservedly to your child for a taste. All this led me to create the unique La Galerie by Galactica Patisserie; a welcoming place, one that is willing to serve all our customers’ needs when it comes to desserts and ice cream, while also providing them with memorable moments, tying our craft with standout moments in someone’s lives, be it birthdays, anniversaries, and any other celebration.

Together with my partners, we aim to offer fresh desserts, made daily, and unique creations of high quality and aesthetics. We make our own original Gelato ice cream with whole milk, cream, intense flavour, and always offer it fresh. At La Galerie by Galactica Patisserie, we have created gastronomical magic, one that combines Cypriot tradition and our love for desserts by utilising two very traditional Cypriot products, rose and carob, by turning them into ice cream, a treat for young and old. These are flavours that awaken childhood memories, ones that our customers treasure, hence why they are loyal to the craft and quality that we offer.
