P.S.I.- AUCTION ON 08th & 09th DECEMBER IN ANKUM On this auction prices in the millions are no curiosity! No wonder, some of the auction horses are already world champions even at younger ages! During a meeting of the sport legends George Morris, Frank Chapot and Paul Schockemรถhle on the occasion of the World Cup Finale in 1980, the idea of P.S.I. - Performance Sales International - was born. At that time, the basic idea was that american equestrian sport would benefit tremendously from the possibility of getting offered selected horses from the European breeding areas, especially from Germany and the Netherlands, to American customers. But as it was also very difficult to find completely trained Grand Prix-horses for dressage and show jumping in appropriate quantities, it was decided to focus on selected highlytalented competition prospects who would percetly adapt to the american training system after their qualified and age-appropriate basic training in Europe.

Winner of the Bundeschampionat in Warendorf: Poetin After two succesfully held auctions in the United States, customers in Europe also asked for such a type of auction. Therefore, it was decided to continue this unique sales event in Germany, at the Ankum Sports Centre. Each year, P.S.I.-auctions feature an exclusive collection of young dressage and show jumping horses. A huge number of national and international Grand Prix and Championship horses accompanied the over 30-year old history of success of P.S.I.auctions. Former auction horses like Grunox, Brillant, Cappucino, Weinrausch, Lord Sinclair, Poetin, Livello, Der Stern, Mambo Nr. 5, Whizzkid,
Triviant, Lawarino, Pozitano, Epsom, Gesmeray, P.S. Priamos, Pilot's High Fly, Quifilio, Ramonus Z, H.S. Europa, L´Espoir, Paparazzi, Quin Chin, Caballero and many others more confirmed their extraordinary quality in the dressage arena or in the show jumping ring, and they considerably contributed to the excellent international reputation of this auction. The sonic barrier of one million Euro was broken several times, but the amount of 2.5 million Euro achieved for Federal Champion "Poetin" will be hard to top. She was a daughter of Sandro Hit, the famous stallion who breeds at SchockemÜhle stud.
