There will be 4 interactive cooking stations providing zesty delights ranging from the spices of Thai cuisine to the tantalising flavours of western signatures. These 4 stations include AMAYA Thai & Neighbouring regions, Indian, Italian, Grill, and complimented by a Bakery Deli & Treats section and a Bar & Cellar. Inspired by Asian street food markets, Amaya strives to draw from a wide range of iconic dishes one would find on the around Asia. The Amaya experience celebrates the diversity of the regional dining cultures and focuses on the interaction between chefs and dinners at the live cooking stations. Guests will also have the satisfaction of seeing how dishes are prepared and coming in the contact with flavours and aromas.
