Lux Lucis Restaurant Hotel Principe Forte dei Marmi - ITALY LUX LUCIS is home to the Michelin-starred cuisine of Chef Valentino Cassanelli. Valentino’s dishes are a free expression of Italian cuisine, with an unrestrained creativity, drawing not only from his own life experiences, but also the rich biodiversity surrounding the coastal town of Forte dei Marmi. Inspiration too comes from his close collaboration with Maître Sommelier Sokol Ndreko, with dishes often beginning with the flavour profiling of particular wines. The result are menus that are delicately balanced and elegant, happily journeying from land to sea and delivering the very best in seasonal ingredients. Situated on the rooftop of Hotel Principe Forte dei Marmi, in a stunning landscape caught between mountains and sea, the 24-seat restaurant is ideally positioned to capture the aureate evening light, offering panoramic views over the town’s stone pines to the Apuan Alps in the east and westwards over the Tyrrhenian Sea. The restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star in 2017.

Carosello, Masseria Torre Maizza Masseria Torre Maizza, Rome - ITALY

“Carosello” is the main restaurant of Masseria Torre Maizza, a Rocco Forte Hotels, the Apulian property of the Forte Family located between century old olive trees and few kilometres away from the Adriatic sea, right in the heart of Puglia. Carosello restaurant is set in the former stables of the Masseria, Carosello’s high, whitewashed ceilings, rustic pews and garden views combine for an elegant, authentic ambience. Director of Food Fulvio Pierangelini designed a menu focusing on traditional dishes and the use of the finest local produce with the aim of creating new emotions while tasting each dish. “The entire menu is very characteristic of the wonderful and seasonal products from this generous region. Men who know the earth’s trade and women with skilled hands who transform humble produce into marvels.” Fulvio Pierangelini.

Restaurant Lucide Luzern - SWITZERLAND

The product is the star of the modern dishes of restaurant Lucide in Lucerne, Switzerland. Michèle Meier, Gault Millau female chef of the year 2021, and her team use seasonal products of the best quality, from suppliers who are selected with great care. The fresh and genuine cuisine seems uncomplicated at a first glance but is complex and very inspiring at the second glance. Michèle’s dishes are honest, balanced and without frills. The interior design is inspired by Lake Lucerne, which lies right on its doorstep, with an emphasis on the world beneath the water surface. The furnishings are complemented by carefully selected details. The open kitchen with the large chef’s table shape the atmosphere and allows views into the dynamic work of the Lucide team.

Royal Hideaway Corales Resort, Tenerife - SPAIN Royal Hideaway Corales Resort are proposing a trip for you. Peru, Japan and the Canary Islands through the Nikkei cuisine of Peru. The term Nikkei describes immigrants of Japanese origin and descent, in this case in Peru. This origin and the blend of their culinary traditions with those of this Andean country have given rise to this type of cuisine, which has become a culinary trend across the world. San Hô offers Nikkei cuisine with Canarian products. This restaurant is led by chef Adrián Bosch (Best Chef in the Canary Islands 2012 and finalist for the prestigious Best Chef in Spain 2016) and Vicente Chau Tsang, in charge of the dining area. You can’t leave without trying the Japanese maki and nigiri, the lomo saltado or the Peruvian ceviche with tiger milk.

MuSu resto is a cozy little restaurant in Tallinn’s suburb Nõmme, only a 20 minute drive from the city centre. The family restaurant is run by a husband and wife who have lived and worked for a long time in London. The idea behind MuSu is that it is hosted by smiley, friendly people along with great food from the kitchen. The ambience is not less important and it has a hint of England. Originally a handmade block print wallpaper dating back to the 18th century from Cole & Son. The hummingbird symbolizes joy, healing, good luck, messages from spirits, and other special qualities. It’s no surprise that hummingbird symbolism and meaning are important to people around the world, just as the hummingbird spirit animal is a sacred totem for many. While they are tiny beings, hummingbirds pack a lot of powerful, positive energy. And this is what MuSu is all about. The food ideas come from different regions of world and that is what makes MuSu popular in its area. There are loads of plants which make the restaurant look homey and cozy. The summer terrace is full of flowers and plants. Children are very welcome at any time.

The Racha, Phuket - THAILAND Twelve nautical miles from Phuket lies one of the Andaman Sea’s most beautiful island destinations – The Racha. So, near and yet so far from the hustle and bustle of the mainland. One of The Racha’s 3 restaurants, Fire Grill, located on the pool deck, serves Mediterranean cuisine and is open for an elegant fine dining dinner. Guests may choose to be seated either indoors or outdoors. Many of the return guests prefer to sit outside to enjoy the cool evening breeze with a view overlooking the bay. The Fire Grill is well known for its setting overlooking the main infinity pool and Batok Bay, as well as for its quality of food and the wine that goes with it. A collection of wine is displayed in the wine cellar. The restaurant can serve up to 30 persons and opens from 6.30pm to 10.00pm daily.
