The Chef, a native Petersburger, Alexey Morozov, started his career at the age of 19 at the Kempinski Hotel, in 2012 he participated in the grand opening of the Domina Hotel, where he was inspired to create his first signature dish; salad with tuna and sundried tomatoes in a tube of bread with anchovies, which has become a real hit in St. Petersburg. Always conscious of gastronomic trends, Alexey knows exactly how to surprise a well-experienced gourmet. The cocktail menu is also on top-notch.
