Since 1998, Eric has been the Head of WorldStrides Sports. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Eric is a former pro soccer player and physical education teacher. Ask him what he finds most rewarding about his job—sports or education—and Eric will tell you unequivocally that it’s “both, actually!”

Jessica, a former NAIA All-American, brings 10 years of collegiate women’s soccer coaching experience, including her tenure as head coach at Florida Tech and as associate head women’s coach at NCAA Division I Charleston Southern University.

Ashley joined WorldStrides Sports in 2015, having previously worked for Adidas. She strongly believes in the opportunities that a game can create for passionate and determined individuals.

ASHLEY CRITES

For more than 25 years, Robin has led sports teams across Europe and the UK. As WorldStrides Tour Director Support, he not only leads groups, but also assists operations, mentors new tour directors, and ensures high standards on every tour.

ROBIN WOOD

Morgan joined WorldStrides Sports in June 2015. She previously worked in the professional sports industry as a Community Relations Intern for the Baltimore Orioles during the 2014 season.

Soccer coach turned traveler, Alec joins WorldStrides after years coaching all levels and exploring the world. Fueled by his love for travel, ignited during a Lehigh University team trip to France, Alec is eager to share his enthusiasm and create lifechanging experiences for athletes.

Sam joined WorldStrides Sports as an Account Manager in January 2022. He previously served as the Missouri ODP Coordinator and coached for local club and high school soccer teams in St. Louis.

Alicia joined WorldStrides Sports in 2019. Born in South Africa and currently residing in France, she was appointed Team Liaison Officer with FIFA for the Germany U20 National Team and accompanied them to the 2018 U20 World Cup.

Jonny joined the WorldStrides Sports team in 2017 after completing a two-year Graduate Assistant coaching position at Southwest Baptist University, a Division II school in Bolivar, Missouri.

Soccer veteran Dan joined WorldStrides in 2024 after over 20 years in youth soccer at all levels. From coaching ODP teams in Michigan to leading player development for Loudoun Soccer, Dan’s passion is fostering connections through sports across countries and cultures.

Adam joined WorldStrides Sports in 2017 and works with the European Operations team in London, England. As part of the Product Delivery organization, he is responsible for sports programming on international tours.
