Originally born in Mexico City, and raised in California; Diego currently lives in Seattle with his wife Lindsay, daughter Emme, and their dog Nika. Diego prides himself on the excellent relationships developed within the yachting community, which enables him to assemble the best possible team in every expertise to support his clients. Prior to his career in yacht sales, Diego worked as the Director of Superyacht Operations for the America’s Cup. This experience, along with previous roles in yacht management, refit management, and race and marina management at St. Francis Yacht Club, have provided Diego with significant experience throughout many areas of the yachting industry. Diego is an experienced captain of both motor yachts and sailing yachts, providing a unique understanding of the operation, design, construction, performance and maintenance of various yacht systems, and their impact on the ownership experience.
