LEADERS IN REAL ESTATE vision

Windermere Real Estate Has Been the Market Leader In the San Juan Islands Since 1980.

Big Hearts Locally Owned

Windermere is the only major real estate firm in the San Juan Islands that is both locally owned and independent (not part of a national franchise).

Community Involvement

Our brokers invest their time, talents and resources in many service organizations. In addition, for every home that is bought or sold through Windermere a portion of the proceeds is donated to local non-profits within our community.

Deep Smarts Market Research

Matthew Gardner, a nationally know economist on our own Windermere Team, keeps us (and our clients) better informed of conditions and trends that affect our area. This helps you make educated decisions based on the current market environment.

Pricing Tools

Our TrendGraphix and Broker’s Edge software helps our Sellers determine a competitive price for their property. The analysis includes odds of selling and area buying patterns.

Experience And Education

Our Designated broker is a licensed Real Estate Educator and Windermere’s experienced Realtors® regularly attend continuing education classes and earn specialized designations that demonstrate their commitment to excellence in the industry.

Remarkable Results

Windermere Real Estate has successfully represented more Sellers and more Buyers than any other firm in San Juan County over the past decade. There’s a reason we have been voted the most respected Real Estate Company in the Greater Puget Sound Area.

The main paved road is open to vehicles on publicly-announced dates, and both are open every day to hikers, bikers, and horse riders. It was jointly acquired by the San Juan Preservation Trust and the County Land Bank.
