A very lively final for the assignment of the X30 Junior title. The opening stage in Lonato del Garda saw Rocco Coronel (Redspeed/Iame) in pole position, but he lost his primacy to his opponents in the qualifying heats. The Dutchman re-emerged in Sunday’s final, winning after a thrilling duel with Tiziano Kuzhnini (Tony Kart/Iame). The second round in Cremona, instead saw Coronel close the weekend in second place, behind the winner Filippo Pancotti (Tony Kart/Iame) and in front of his direct rival Kuzhnini, in contention until the last for first place and forced to go off-track following a contact with another participant. In fact, Castelletto di Branduzzo was the last chance for Kuzhnini to beat Coronel: the Swiss driver was ahead of everyone in the qualifying practice but at the end of the qualifying heats he found himself behind the Dutchman in the intermediate rankings; however, the situation changed again in the prefinal, with Kuzhnini coming second and Coronel coming sixth. The final repeated the challenge of the first round between Coronel and Kuzhnini: the Victory Lane driver was leading just a few bends from the end, but the Team Driver Racing Kart driver rear-ended him, forcing him to withdraw. Riccardo Ferrari (Tony Kart/Iame) won the race, while Kuzhnini came fifth following a series of penalties, but was still able to lift the trophy reserved for the champion.

Finale “di fuoco” per quanto riguarda l’assegnazione del titolo X30 Junior. La tappa d’apertura di Lonato del Garda vede Rocco Coronel (Redspeed/Iame) in pole position che nelle qualifying heat cede il primato ai propri avversari. L’olandese riemerge nella finale di domenica, vinta dopo un avvincente duello con Tiziano Kuzhnini (Tony Kart/Iame). Il secondo round di Cremona, invece, vede Coronel chiudere il weekend con la conquista della piazza d’onore, alle spalle del vincitore Filippo Pancotti (Tony Kart/Iame) e davanti al suo rivale diretto Kuzhnini, in lizza fino all’ultimo per il primo posto e costretto a un fuori pista in seguito a un contatto con un altro partecipante. Di fatto, Castelletto di Branduzzo è l’ultima chance utile a Kuzhnini per battere Coronel: in qualifica, lo svizzero precede tutti, però al termine delle manche eliminatorie si ritrova dietro all’olandese nella classifica intermedia; ma la situazione cambia di nuovo in prefinale, con Kuzhnini secondo e Coronel sesto. La finale ripropone la sfida del primo round tra Coronel e Kuzhnini: il pilota Victory Lane è in testa a poche curve dal termine, ma il portacolori Team Driver Racing Kart lo tampona costringendolo al ritiro.
