Senna Van Walstijn

The inaugural stage of Lonato del Garda immediately saw Senna Van Walstijn (Sodikart/TM) among the main protagonists of the weekend. The Dutchman stood out in Friday’s qualifying practice but dropped to third place at the end of the qualifying heats. On Sunday, the Sodikart driver won his prefinal and beat the competition in the final as well. Van Walstijn did not take part in the Cremona event.

Stan Pex

After missing the first round of Lonato del Garda, Stan Pex (KR/TM) joined the start of the second round in Cremona and was immediately the man to beat. In fact, the Dutchman achieved pole position in the qualifying practice and continued with two victories in the qualifying heats and success in the prefinal. He was also successful in the final on Sunday, with the SP Motorsport driver first under the chequered flag.

Dopo aver saltato il primo round di Lonato del Garda, Stan Pex (KR/TM) si presenta al via del secondo appuntamento di Cremona e si candida fin da subito come l’uomo da battere. Infatti, l’olandese firma la pole position in qualifica e prosegue con due vittorie nelle qualifying heat e il successo nella prefinale. Non ci sono storie nemmeno nella finalissima di domenica, con il pilota SP Motorsport primo sotto la bandiera a scacchi.

Alessandro Minetto

Pex’s main rival in Cremona, Alessandro Minetto (Parolin/TM) started with a third place in the qualifying practice and came second twice in the qualifying heats, as well as another second place in the prefinal. The Italian failed to put a spoke in Pex’s wheels and finished second, in any case achieving third place in the championship.

La tappa inaugurale di Lonato del Garda vede fin da subito Senna Van Walstijn (Sodikart/TM) tra i principali protagonisti del weekend. L’olandese svetta nelle prove cronometrate di venerdì, ma scende in terza posizione al termine delle qualifying heat. Alla domenica, il pilota Sodikart vince la propria prefinale e batte la concorrenza anche nella finale. Van Walstijn non prende invece parte all’appuntamento di Cremona.

Principale rivale di Pex a Cremona, Alessandro Minetto (Parolin/TM) parte con un terzo posto in qualifica e colleziona due secondi posti nelle manche eliminatorie, oltre a un’ulteriore piazza d’onore in prefinale. L’italiano non riesce a mettere i bastoni tra le ruote a Pex e chiude secondo, guadagnando comunque il terzo posto in campionato

Paolo Ippolito

Among the protagonists of the Lonato del Garda round, Paolo Ippolito (KR/Iame) stood out. He was second in the qualifying practice behind the poleman Van Walstijn. The Italian won twice in the qualifying heats and raised the bar with an important success in the prefinal. However, in the decisive final, he finished second by a difference of 0.219 seconds from the winner.

L’italiano coglie un bottino di due vittorie nelle qualifying heat e alza l’asticella con un importante successo in prefinale. Tuttavia, nella decisiva finale, termina secondo per una differenza di 0.219 secondi dal vincitore.

Danilo Albanese

Third place for Danilo Albanese (KR/Iame) in the qualifying practice in Lonato del Garda, able to achieve three second places in the following qualifying heats. After another second position in the prefinal, the Italian finished the weekend on the lowest step of the podium, behind Van Walstijn and Ippolito.

Lukas Scherbinskas

Difficult start to the championship for Lukas Scherbinskas (Sodikart/TM) in Lonato del Garda, 17th at the end of the final. The German relaunched himself in the following round in Cremona, where he reached the lowest step of the podium in the prefinal and a fifth place in the final.
