COURSE Map

Month 1: Leading by G.R.A.C.E.

Intro to the WSM Leadership Track

Month 2: Generous (G)

We lead in extravagant love and service to all people - staff, guests, volunteers, and donors. Since Jesus washed feet, so do we.

Month 4: Action-Oriented

(A)

We approach challenges with courage while fostering safety. We run towards, not away, from difficulties.

Month 5: Christ-Focused (C)

We lead from our relational abundance with Jesus. We seek to serve Him and build His Kingdom first.

Month 3: Rational (R)

We lead in non-reactive, non-anxious ways, remaining calm and consistent. People know what to expect.

Month 6: Engaged or Empathetic (E)

We lead with active listening, we admit mistakes, speak with empathy, and bring our authentic selves to work. We’re just real.
