t important to have at least a minimal knowledge when you witness an accident on the street as many as in the training ground or in the same household, know at least some guidelines or first aid maneuvers may mean saving the life of a family , friend to a stranger. Here we will not discuss the responsibility that comes with an unknown act to each owner is responsible for their actions, we are only interested to provide knowledge that can help in any extreme situation or a simple domestic accident. Today we begin with the CPR or cardiopulmonary resuscitation, first of all it is important to note that starting with a resuscitation or CPR to the emergency call that may come as soon as possible and provide advanced resuscitative measures. The first thing to consider is the MES look, listen and feel, we must observe the situation, if there are injuries, if the chest moves, hear the heartbeat, feel for breathing, breathing is often scarce and can not perceive glance it is important to feel
First of all, calls to the emergency department to send an emergency team while performing basic CPR. Thus, you can apply first aid to prevent possible brain damage while awaiting the ambulance. If the person is not breathing, presses his nose closing the nostrils, so that the airways of the nose are closed. Take a deep breath and mouth placed firmly on the person, exhale completely. Do this process twice. If the person is not breathing or pulse, you must find the right spot to do chest compressions. Follow the floating ribs to the point where they join the sternum. Once at the lower end of the sternum, measured three fingers on the end, at which point the pressure have to do. To do chest compressions, place the palm of one hand on the sternum and grab the hand with the other so that the fingers remain behind while pressing. Perform chest compressions. The ideal number of chest compressions is 100 per minute, equivalent to slightly less than two per second. Perform chest compressions followed fifteen, strongly and firmly pushing the sternum, so that it compresses about 4 to 5 centimeters. After performing the fifteen chest compressions, repeat the process from the beginning.

In this issue we will discuss the taekwondo and kung fu Baji quan style.
Man has always had the need to preserve life and protect wild animals and other adversaries. Because of this developing defense techniques with bare hands and simple weapons. But the origin of martial arts associated with the ancestral human need to not only defend, but to develop your body and mind. Resulted initially in the form of sport activities usually associated with religious rites The Korean martial art has its origins 1400 years BC The Tae Kwon Do (“way of fighting the foot and fist”), had many influences of karate during the occupation by Japan. one of the most remarkable aspects of this influence was the speed and moves in a straight line. We can not talk about this without mentioning the disiciplina General Choi Hong Hi who founded the ITF (International Federation of Tae Kwon Do) to unify the various international associations that existed in every country in the world which taught Tae Kwon Do. I teach several courses in Argentina. The General died on June 5, 2002, North Korea, victim of cancer, bequeathing the Tae Kwon Do for all mankind as a result of its passage through the world.
techniques * Kicks (chagui) - Taekwondo is a martial art known for its kicking techniques, usually aimed to attack the trunk or head. Each technique has in turn kick variations at different heights, money (or tidola mondollyo), jump (TUIO), sideways, backwards, etc. * Techniques of hand and wrist (chirugui, chigui and chumok) - In addition to kicking techniques, Taekwondo includes a number of techniques of attack with the fist or open hand. The various techniques differ in the area fist of it with strikes that (knuckles, back of the hand ...) and in the direction of the shot (out, front ...). The open hand techniques, are also different in the same position (horizontal or vertical) and part of the hand that beat (ulnar, radial edge, fingertips ...) * Locks and defenses (maki) - In taekwondo handled a variety of defense techniques, depending on the direction and height of the attack that we want to defend. There are also combinations of defense and attack, as well as combinations of two simultaneous defenses. These techniques can be performed with the palm of the hand, the outside or the inside of the arm, the ulnar or radial hand, etc.. * Self-defense (without sool hoo) - As in other martial arts such as Hapkido, Taekwondo techniques are varied in self defense as sweeps, locks or projections. These techniques are often combined with other techniques such as kicking or fist. * Positions (Sogui) - When you run the various techniques, it is important the correct body position and especially the legs. The positions are especially important in the execution of the Poomsae or tules, but even at the power of combat is important to keep the body in a posture that our techniques are as effective as possible.

Baji Quan Quan was originally called Bazi or “raked hand” because the fist, in an unstructured way and open a little, he used to beat down, similar to rake. The name was considered quite rude in their native language, so it was changed to Baji Quan. The term comes from the classic baji Taoist Yi Jing (I Ching), and means an “extension of all directions.” In this case, means “including everything” or “the universe”. The first record of Baji Quan was master of Wu Zhong (1712-1802). Famous teachers were promoted Wu style Xiufengy Li Shuwen (1864-1934). The latter was in Cangzhou, Hebei, and earned the nickname “God of Spear Li.” A Peking Opera Wu Shen (martial male character) by profession, was also a skilled fighter. His most famous quote is: “I do not know how it feels to hit a man twice.” Li Shuwen of students including Huo Dian Ge (bodyguard to Pu Yi, last emperor of China), Li Chenwu (bodyguards Mao Tse Tung), and Liu Yun Qiao (secret agent for the nationalist Kuomintang and instructor of the bodyguards of Chiang Kai shek). Baji Quan has since gained a reputation as the “style of bodyguards.” [Your Feng Ma and Ma Yin Tubaji introduced at the Central Institute Guoshu (Nanjing Guoshu Guan) which is required for all students.
Baji Quan shares its roots with other martial art, Hebei, Piguazhang. It is said that Wu Zhong, the oldest teacher in the lineage tracing of Baji, taught both arts together as an integrated fighting system. They eventually split apart, only to be recombined by Li Shuwen at the end of the century 18 to 19. As a testament to the complementary nature of these two styles, there is a proverb. “When added to baji pigua, all the gods and demons were terrified when baji is added to pigua, heroes sigh knowing that they are no match against it. Today there are several families of Baji Quan, including Han, Huo, Ji, Li, Ma Qiang, Wu and Wu branchTan, the teacher Liu Yunqiao. There are some differences in training between variants, but the core is the same. The lineage holder of Baji Quan Wu family in China is Wu Lian Zhi. Through over 50 years of training, he collected the material and records have been transmitted from generation to generation.

The idea of this section is to provide useful information to practitioners of various combat sports and still do not know what the benefit of physical activity and good nutrition and nutrition is one of the important pillars of the time to get a healthy and active life. To do this before we talk about sports nutrition we have to define each. Let’s start by defining what is sport is any physical activity that involves a series of rules or standards to play enter a space or area. As end solo sport usually refers to activities where the physical capacity of the lung are the competitor are the primary way to determine the outcome. In the case of combat sports are at stake conditional and coordinative abilities of the individual (coming soon explain each of the skills) and training and dedication. Now to define general nutrition is the remedy that addresses the energy needs of the body giving it the necessary carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, proteins and all substances that the body requires to develop everyday activities. It is important to separate the concept of nutrition supply as this is more about the conscious act of eating and how you eat, rather than the function of these nutrients in the body.
Now that we know that we are talking deal with some more technical aspects of the nutrition, first we must consider the weight of the person, the amount of physical activity you do and aim to achieve. To calculate the ideal weight of a person there is a calculation called BMI or body mass index, which is taken as follows:
Wu Hsing Tao Magazine
Within nutrition or nutritional plans are the calories that we consume to achieve the desired goal (increased muscle mass, weight loss, increased athletic performance etc..). To achieve this we must consider the drink and spending calorie of each person, which is related to their activity, for that there is a calculation that varies by sex and age. With these references we can begin to carry out checks on the quality and quantity of physical activity and calorie intake, it is important to keep in mind the nutritional oval is now widely used by famous nutritionist since the pyramid was left a bit back not represent all the essential nutrients and quantities. Summarizing physical activity and proper nutrition go hand in hand, is more one could say that is impossible to achieve a better quality of life without practicing both together. It is important to control the quality and quantity of food eaten and possibly physical activity at least 3 times a week. This will suffice to make changes in your body and feel better every day. I hope they are useful in future issues will continue to expand the topic and enlizando different nutritional plans. Gabriel Gomez National Physical Education Teacher

Once a Chinese peasant, poor and very wise, worked the land hard with your child. One day the son said, “Father, what a disgrace! It has been the horse. “ “Why do you call misfortune? - Said the father, see what that brings time ... “ A few days later the horse returned, accompanied by another horse. “Father, what luck! - This time the boy cried, our horse has brought another horse. “ “Why do you call it luck? - Said the father, see what time brings. “ In a few days, the boy wanted to ride the horse again, and this, not accustomed to the rider, reared and threw him down. And boy broke his leg. “Father, what a disgrace! - Exclaimed the boy now - I’ve broken my leg! “ And the father, resuming his experience and wisdom, declared: “Why do you call misfortune? Let’s see what the weather brings! “ The boy was not convinced of the philosophy of the father, but moaning in her bed. A few days after the village passed through the envoys of the king, looking for young people to take them to war. They came to the house of old, but they saw the young man with his leg in a splint, left him and went long. The young man then realized that we must never give or misfortune or fortune as absolute, but always have to give it time to see if something is bad or good. The moral of this ancient Chinese board is that life takes many turns, and its development is so paradoxical, that evil is good and good evil. It is best to always expect tomorrow, but above all trust that everything happens with a positive purpose for our lives and the infinite plan ...
