Nut Butter Bread YOU WILL NEED 6 large eggs 1 cup nut butter (almond or tahini) 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp xylitol (opt.) 1 1/2 tbsp psyllium husk powder 1/4 cup mixed seeds

PROCEDURE 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C/350°F. 2. Mix the eggs with the nut butter, then add the vinegar and right in it the soda. Mix in the other ingredients, the nuts and psyllium husks last. Let rest a couple of minutes to thicken up. 3. Meanwhile line a bread pan with some oil and baking paper. Pour the mixture in it and put it in the oven. 4. Bake for 40-50 minutes, let it cool out of the pan for 10' before cutting. 5. Enjoy!
