Almond & Sour Cream CRACKERS INGREDIENTS 2 cups almond flour (approx. 230 g) 70 g sour cream 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt a pinch of garlic/onion powder OR both
PROCEDURE 1. Preheat your oven to 100°C/250°F. 2. Mix the ingredients by hand and knead well. 3. Roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper. Cut into squares or any desired shape and transfer onto a cookie sheet covered with baking paper. 4. Bake for 50-60 minutes, checking occasionally so the crackers don't burn. Let them cool. 5. Enjoy!
P.S. Net carbs per cracker for a batch of 60 are 0.3!!!
