Wood Realtors publishes a Neighborhood Snapshot Report which shows the number of closed sales over the last 12 months as well as the available inventory in some of Naples and Bonita Springs most popular neighborhoods. For instance, this latest report, dated December 1, 2010, shows that 85 single-family homes closed in The Brooks during the past 12 months and 86 homes are currently on the market, whereas 118 condos closed and 202 are on the market.
