Fix was founded on a very basic principal: Make a really good binding, at a really good price.
The objective wasn’t to reinvent the wheel or make some futuristic high-end designs, but rather to use innovation to make buckles function with ease, to make baseplates and highbacks stronger so they won’t break without making them weigh a ton, but most importantly to use innovation to make bindings more affordable. We are one of the only binding brands in the world to have it’s own production facility which we opened in August of 2016, and we are the only brand in the world to have a private chairlift accessed R&D facility. It is all of these things that add up to make Fix what it has become.

Fix is the only binding company that can claim to be 100% regrind free. What is regrind? Regrind is the excess waste from the injection moulding process that gets ground up and injected back into your products. A little bit is ok, but it’s very hard to control exactly how much regrind the suppliers are putting back into your bindings. We control this two ways, (1) we control our own production including injection moulding, and (2) we take all of the production waste and repurpose it to make your binding box, which you can be reused however you see fit. Store your wax kit, carry your beers to the beach in the summer, or storage for your snowboard video collection.
Our EVA padding is not too soft that it packs out, and not too firm that it causes foot and leg fatigue when riding after a long day. Finding the perfect balance is key. *All Models
