HOW TO BOOK Simply book your journey by filling out the booking form on our website. We need data like your passport details, address and birthday, so we can assemble a passenger list to provide to harbor customs. When you’ve submitted your booking, we’ll confirm by automatic reply. We’ll send you a contract and health statement form within 10 working days. You’ll receive the invoice and a kit list by e-mail. Please read the contract carefully, sign it and send it back within two weeks by post or e-mail. Within two weeks, we need to receive a deposit of 30% of the journey price. You can pay by bank or cheque, unfortunately it’s not possible to pay by credit card. When we have received your signed contract, health statement and the deposit, you are ensured of your journey. We’ll send you definite confirmation by e-mail. The last payment is due 1 month before departure. After the last payment has been fulfilled, you’ll receive the final details about your journey. This will be around 2 weeks before departure. In this e-mail you get information on where the ship lies in the harbor and other important details of your journey. Transfers to and from the harbor are not included. Please arrange these yourself. If you need any assistance by booking your trip, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@wyldeswan.eu.
